A crystal skull selected by Alphedia Arara will be used to assist with the balancing and healing of the particular organ system of the week.
You can also support yourself with the healing process focussing on the particular area in your body during the healing and spotting any emotions stuck in there and choosing to release them with the help of they crystal skull.
We will culminate with an all organ systems integration at the end.
This Week : The Respiratory System Zantir Crystal Skull Healing
Week Three of the series new Skull Zantir who is a hollowed out skull made of white jade will be working on our respiratory system.
The respiratory system consists of specific organs and structures in the body for gas exchanges.
In our lungs gas exchange occurs in millions of small air sacs called alveoli.
These microscopic air sacs have a very rich blood supply, thus bringing the air into close contact with the blood.
These air sacs communicate with the external environment via a system of airways, or hollow tubes, of which the largest is the trachea or windpipe, which branches in the middle of the chest into the two main bronchi.
Air has to be pumped from the environment into the alveoli or atria by the process of breathing which involves the muscles of respiration.
Our lungs fuel us with oxygen taken in from the air and it is our body’s life-sustaining gas.
Our lungs breathe in air, then remove the oxygen and pass it through our bloodstream, where it’s carried off to the tissues and organs that to move and we live the lives we do.
The respiratory system’s main job is to move fresh air into your body while removing waste gases like carbon dioxide.
When oxygen reaches the cells, this oxygen breakdown glucose which is present in digested food, and releases energy.
Indicators of poor respiration system functioning are breathlessness, lung diseases, persistent coughing, weight loss, fatigue, wheezing in chest, chest infection’s, coughing lots or coughing up blood, mucus in lungs.
Breathlessness is a common symptom of lung disease, however many people put breathlessness down to ageing, being overweight or unfit.
Illnesses effecting lungs are asthma, COPD, pneumonia, lung cancer, collapsed lung and fluid build up on lungs (lung edema), colds and bacterial infections.
If we live in cities or highly polluted areas of air pollutions we can be getting a build up of heavy metals in our lungs and lung toxicity causing our lungs to have to over function daily in their filtration of the airways.
In this hour’s healing with Zantir on the Respiratory system:
Zantir for the first 20 minutes will work on the energetic health of your respiratory system as it stands. He will work on any belief patterns that are creating any issues in this system and giving the system an energy refresh.
The next 20 minutes Zantir will work on healing any miasms, diseases, toxicity from the subtle bodies and cellular and molecular levels affecting the respiratory system and getting it to work energetically harmoniously.
