In this healing series the crystal skulls will be working on bringing energetic healing to a particular body system each week.

A crystal skull selected by Alphedia Arara will be used to assist with the balancing and healing of the particular body system of the week.

You can also support yourself with the healing process focussing on the particular area in your body during the healing and spotting any emotions stuck in there and choosing to release them with the help of they crystal skull.

We will culminate with an all body systems integration at the end.

This Week : The Nervous system

Week Eight of the series.

This week Alphedia’s stunning Black Obsidian 9.5kg crystal skull Siron is offering us a nervous system healing.

The nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord, and a complex network of nerves.

This system sends messages back and forth between the brain and the body. The brain is what controls all the body’s functions.

The nervous system is responsible for intelligence, learning, memory, movement, the senses and basic body functions such as your heartbeat and breathing.

The basic building blocks of the nervous system are the nerve cells (neurons) which are responsible for carrying messages to and from different parts of the body.

The nervous system also affects our emotions.

Emotion refers to the dynamic changes of feeling accompanied by the alteration of physical and visceral activities.

Autonomic nervous system (sympathetic and parasympathetic) regulates the visceral activities.

Therefore, monitoring and analyzing autonomic nervous activity help understand the emotional changes.

Disorders of the nervous system include infections, such as meningitis, encephalitis, myelitis, and epidural abscess.

Structural disorders, such as brain or spinal cord injury, cervical spondylosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, brain or spinal cord tumours.

Seizure disorders, such as epilepsy. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a long-lasting (chronic) disease of the central nervous system.

Motor neurone disease (MND) is a rare condition that progressively damages parts of the nervous system.

This leads to muscle weakness, often with visible wasting.

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive disorder that affects the nervous system and the parts of the body controlled by the nerves.

Symptoms start slowly. The first symptom may be a barely noticeable tremor in just one hand.

Tremors are common, but the disorder also may cause stiffness or slowing of movement.

The Central Nervous System spiritually is important to take care of due to it being the main transportation system of the higher light codes that are flooding onto Earth at this time.

If we have a well balanced functioning Central Nervous System we can assimilate higher light codes and expand our consciousness.

Physical spinal realignment can be beneficial for the regulation of the Central Nervous System if you are psychically sensitive and receptive to the subtle energies.

Alphedia attends regularly for realignment and always finds her psychic abilities increase.

When our central nervous system is over stressed we as humans find it harder to emotionally cope with life on Earth so meditation is a good way to regulate your nervous system as is yoga and tai chi and Sound Healing music.

Transmission Preparation

As always Alphedia Arara and Auraengus Manu will be holding the space to connect in each and every one of you who wishes to part of this transmission with Siron.

There will be no live recording or video link of this healing as this is a real time receiving energy transmission.

This is done similarly to receiving a distant reiki healing where you lie down or sit down and rest to receive.

Your name will be placed under Siron and connected into the skull by Auraengus or Alphedia at the start of this transmission.

It is advised that you drink plenty of water after this transmission.

If you are active during it and unable to meditate, then take time when you are able to meditate to connect with Siron and ask to integrate all the healing work that has been done on you and it will be so.

If you are unable to receive this transmission whilst resting or are asleep, part of you will still be actively receiving the healing and you can connect in with Siron when you are able to meditate to receive the information on the transmission she has run.
