As humans we are often not very good at looking at where we have become stuck in our lives.
Most people live in routines, have routine hours for work, routine jobs and roles within the family that lead to us often becoming or feeling stuck, stressed and demotivated in life.
Routine can ground us in body Ason says, but when it stifles creativity, abundance and enjoyment of the Earth walk experience it leads to stuckness.
We can also get stuck in what we eat, how we exercise, where we go and who we socialise with.
Our family relationships can become stuck also interacting from a created dynamic rather than being in our hearts and speaking our soul truth to others.
Inner stuckness can also manifest physical health issues especially if we are stuck in unhelpful habits such as smoking, drinking, eating foods which we know are unhealthy but feel unable to change.
Being addicted to things is also a form of stuckness within as is depression, anxiety and boredom.
Ason is offering in this healing to not only assist us in transforming our inner stuckness where we may be consciously aware of it but also to bring to the surface conditioning and programming we have taken on subliminally and may not even be aware we have a belief pattern stuck that is holding back our whole life.
Trolleitte is a rare crystal and many of you will not have met it before.
Trolleite is prized for its metaphysical properties, often associated with calming, spiritual growth, and emotional healing.

- The first twenty minutes of the transmission Ason will begin by expanding your energy field. She will run a chakra healing programme through you to free up any stuck energy in your chakras.
- The second twenty minutes of the transmission Ason will start to bring transformation to where you are stuck in your life freeing up the dense energies which will allow you to make changes and moment in areas of your life you have not been able to move in.
