Join Alphedia Arara and Auraengus Manu and their beautiful 10 inch Black Obsidian Dragon Skull Rafundus as we start a preparation series of Dragon Skull healings in the lead up to the Galactic New Year known as the Lion’s Gate in August.
In Chinese Medicine there are 5 main elements within the body which require to be balanced and healthy for optimum health at all times.
These are Fire, Water, Earth, Wood and Metal.
In the Celtic Tradition Wood and Metal are replaced by Air and Ether.
We will cover all 7 in these in a healing series offered by the stunning crystal dragons of the Dragon Wisdom School and Elemental Beings.
Starting with the Fire Element, Rafundus the powerfully protective dragon of Volcanic Origin, will start this healing process for us all.
The Dragons are powerful transformative light beings who are excellent to work with to transmute obstacles and fears.
The Fire element is our creative aspect, we use this element to take action, to change situations, to create anew.
The Fire Element is also about connecting with others and celebrating joy and happiness in life.
Fire Element imbalances can manifest in many different ways and all do not require to be present to know you require some balancing of the fire aspect within.
Indicators that your Fire Element is out of balance include:
Insomnia and Difficulty Sleeping (Excess Fire)
This can be an indication that your Fire element is in excess state. We used the Fire element to take action, creatively think, problem solve.
If you can’t sleep restfully or for long enough it can be your fire element has been thrown out of balance.
Your mind is over active and your body and CNS is struggling to go into deep relaxation.
Feeling Tired, Fatigued, Sluggish, Unmotivated (Fire Deficiency)
When you suffer from chronic feelings of tiredness it can be a sign of Fire Element deficiency.
Especially when you are getting enough sleep but you wake feeling tired and struggle to get through the day with enough energy for activities or with out a daytime nap.
This can cause it to be difficult to complete tasks, commit to tasks and have enough energy for the activities you would like to pursue in life.
Living in Fear State (Excess of Fire)
When we are in fear we burn up our adrenal glands as we are living in a constant state of fight or flight.
We are constantly looking out for danger and we never get a deep rest or Central Nervous System relaxation and our fire element is in excess.
When we feel calm and relaxed and safe our fire element is in harmonious balance.
Constant Busyness (Excess Fire)
If you are constantly busy in life and have a need to be active and doing things that can be an indicator your Fire element is in excess.
Constantly finding things to be doing, allowing others to dump work load on you rather than saying no or getting them to assist in jobs.
It is important in life to be able to sit still at times, to meditate, or contemplate especially in nature for our health and well being.
If you find yourself never getting a moment’s peace, always on the go, always working, completing jobs or filling your time with others then that can indicate you are requiring to balance your fire aspect.
Keeping yourself isolated, not engaging with others ( Fire Deficiency)
If you find yourself avoiding others.
Feeling uncomfortable in group settings, meeting new people and learning new things this can indicate a deficiency in your fire aspect.
Fire Element deficiencies can sometimes manifest by the tendency to only want to go inward.
Stay with what you know in life and not take risks or try new experiences.
Uncomfortable Being Alone (Fire Excess)
Always wanting or needing company from others can be a sign your have excess Fire element. You are using others to stimulate you and fill your time.
Excess speaking to others and being involved another’s problems or created drama so you don’t have to address your own inner state is also an indicator of fire imbalance.
Being overly helpful, fixing others issues for them means you are over utilising your fire element and ultimately depleting your own energy reserves at times.
Feeling Stressed or Anxious (Either Excess Or Deficiency)
Stress and anxiety is another sign of a Fire element imbalance.
There are various underlying causes for these states of being but it is an indicator that the Fire Element is out of balance one way or the other.
In this 1 hour healing:
- The first twenty minutes of the transmission Rafundus will work balancing your Fire aspect within.
- The second twenty minutes of the transmission Rafundus will work on any underlying energetic issues (can be ancestral, past live, karmic) affecting your Fire element.
- The last twenty minutes of the transmission Rafundus work for on assisting your body/soul knowing how to function with a balanced Fire Element

As always Alphedia Arara and Auraengus Manu will be holding the space to connect in each and every one of you who wishes to part of this transmission to the consciousness of Rafundus.
There will be no live recording or video of this, as this is a real time receiving transmission.
Your name will be placed under Rafundus and called in by Alphedia Arara at the start of this transmission.
It is advised that you drink plenty of water before and after this transmission.
If you are active during it and unable to meditate, then take time when you are able to meditate to connect with Rafundus and ask to integrate all the healing work that has been done on you and it will be so.
You may wish to print out a photograph of Rafundus and place this under your pillow/chair whilst you meditate or carry it with you if you are going about your daily business at this time.
