As we continue a preparation series of Dragon Skull healings in the lead up to the Galactic New Year known as the Lion’s Gate in August.

In Chinese Medicine there are 5 main elements within the body which require to be balanced and healthy for optimum health at all times.

These are Fire, Water, Earth, Wood and Metal.

In the Celtic Tradition Wood and Metal are replaced by Air and Ether.

We will cover all seven in these in a healing series offered by the stunning crystal dragons of the Dragon Wisdom School and Elemental Beings.

Now is the turn of the Water Dragon Eshana made of Blue Coral she is a super rare and beautifully powerful Dragon.

The water element is connected with our emotional bodies and connects with the essence of yourself.

The kidney organs are associated with the water element connect with the deepest aspects of yourself and the emotions that have been buried within your subconscious.

Water Element imbalances can manifest in many different ways and all do not require to be present to know you require some balancing of the water aspect within.

Indicators that your Water Element is out of balance include:

Tiredness And Fatigue (Depleted water element)

If your Water Element is out of balance, your Jing life force energy can become depleted.

You may experience tiredness and fatigue and sleep may not feel restorative.

Excessive Caffeine consumption can also be an indicator of water imbalance. As can requiring naps in day time.

Joint Pain and Muscular Tightness (depleted water element)

The Water Element is also connected to your joints and ligaments which connect the muscles to the bone.

When Water Element is balanced within you, you can move in comfort and ease through activities.

If you are experiencing joint pain or body tightness it can be an indicator your water element is out of balance.

Fear And Insecurity feelings (depleted water element)

Feeling fearful and insecure in yourself can be an indicator of a water element imbalance.

If you get feelings of not being good enough.

Feeling inadequate and not able to trust yourself and your life choices it can be an indicator also.

You may see the world as an unforgiving, unnuturing place and feel unsupported in life.

Feeling Excessively Cold (depleted water element)

If you feel the cold even with lots of layers on and the heating up this can indicate you are out of balance with your water element.

You may find it difficult to get warm within and to sleep at night without extra blankets and socks.

Overly emotional (excessive water element)

If you find yourself struggling to control your emotions.

Reacting emotionally to situations in an excessive manner this is an indicator of water element imbalance.

It also works the other way if you are unable to feel and express emotions.

When we are able to regulate our emotions often our water element is in balance.

Depression and deep sadness also can result from an imbalance in the water element.

Difficulty socialising and being around others

People with a water imbalance often avoid others company especially in large groups.

They can experience social anxiety and loneliness.

Sometimes if you find it difficult to express to others and engage in group dynamics it can be because going with the flow socially is difficult for you due to water imbalances. .

Hormonal Imbalances

The water element connects with the hormone system.

Many things can throw out your hormonal balance but you can alleviate symptoms by supporting your water balance and looking at the underlying causes.

In this 1 hour healing:

The first twenty minutes of the transmission Eshana will work balancing your water aspect within.
The second twenty minutes of the transmission Eshana will work on any underlying energetic issues (can be ancestral, past live, karmic) affecting your water element.
The last twenty minutes of the transmission Eshana will work for on assisting your body/soul knowing how to function with a balanced water Element

Your name will be placed under Eshana and called in by Alphedia Arara at the start of this transmission.

It is advised that you drink plenty of water before and after this transmission.

If you are active during it and unable to meditate, then take time when you are able to meditate to connect with Eshana and ask to integrate all the healing work that has been done on you and it will be so.
