Alphedia Arara has been asked by the Angels of Ascension with Archangel Metatron to facilitate a beautiful healing workshop on our Shoulder Chakras.
The Shoulder Chakras are located on the shoulder blades either side of the spine.
As we ascend we become more aware of the energy flow in the chakras of the body out with the main seven along the spine.
The shoulder chakras are affected by beliefs relating to should’s and shouldn’t in life.
You should be doing this, you shouldn’t be doing that etc.
Should’s are a way of control over society and others.
When we clear out all the should’s we have been subliminally programmed with, we regain our freedoms and our liberty to live from following our own inner guidance and intuition.
This is the path of the Ascended Heart.
The path we are all here to follow in our truest form.
In this Shoulder Chakra workshop:
The Ascension Angels will be supporting you with processing any trauma your soul has stored within the Shoulder Chakras.
Freeing you from vows you have made that have led you to the “should” and “should not” beliefs affecting you through many lifetimes.
Often this programming limiting your free will choices is the root for fear, anger, guilt and hurt beliefs.
We can also project our “should” and “shouldn’t ” onto others, holding beliefs they should behave like this or that.
Should’s are very ingrained with the human psyche as a strong programmed paradigm with often function within.
You will learn where you are attached to this Should/Shouldn’t Matrix and given tools to assist you disconnecting from it and moving forward into a life of increased freedom.
The higher you start to vibrate the more the smaller chakras activate, any stagnant energies within these chakras are now ready to be healed and released.
Any stiffness in your shoulders, shoulder pain, shoulder mobility issues or even just decreased upper body strength can stem from blocked shoulder chakras.
The Ascension Angels will assist you through beautiful meditations, attunements, and an Angel healing including a full activation of the Shoulders Portal.
They will be working to transmute and transform them releasing stuck thought forms and freeing you from indoctrination of how life on Earth “should be” which many Walkin souls often carry.
They will perform a Shoulder activation to get the Chi Force Light Energy flowing through these chakra portals now.

In order to prepare for such a powerful transmission, please make sure that you are well hydrated, have eaten a light meal beforehand, have your crystals around you, create your sacred space and make sure you are not to be disturbed.
In order to get to the most of the workshop if you chose to watch live, although it will be great through a phone, you can improve on the experience by using quality headphones, or buds or through a hi fi system.
Also improving your strength of broadband and/or WiFi signal, by using a laptop or computer with a wired network connection, will increase the bandwith available and hence quality of the sound.
However the levels will all be adjusted and set perfectly for you in the MP3 recording that will be available for download afterwards.
