How often in a day do you criticise yourself or feel dissatisfaction about yourself or life?
Self judgement is very conditioned into us and we may be doing it with out full registering that is what is occurring.
Self judgement is an unloving act and Anka wishes to help us break out of this cycle to liberate us to fall fulling in love with ourself and who we are deep within.
In this one hour transmission Anka will be working on your multi dimensional self to free you from societal conditioning and also familial, ancestral and karmic conditioning of self judgement from past life actions also.
In this 1 hour healing:
For the first 20 minutes – Anka will work on the top most areas where you are judging yourself.
For the second 20 minutes – Anka will work on transformation of conditioning around judging the self in its many forms.
For the last 20 minutes – Anka will work on bringing you into alignment with Source to assist you in fully accepting yourself, who you are and the light you carry on Earth at this time.

Wow, totally blasted away and still integrating. Became very tired approx 1 hour before the transmission. Started meditating and was off and gone immediately. If one of my cats hadn’t started asking for attention after one hour I probably would have fallen into very deep sleep immediately after.
