This is So Na Ra’s first group healing although she will have met many of you in her Egyptian Resurrection Retreat work.

As we move closer to the liberation point this year at the Equinox she is offering to free us from suffering.
Suffering can manifest in many ways in our Earth walk.
It materialises because our soul has taken on contracts to vibrations from the Earth, that Gaia no longer wishes to hold within her heart.
We may have made these contracts in a past life and they inappropriately have carried on with you into future lives.
Often light carriers have had lifetimes in religious orders where beliefs in martyrdom and suffering, to enable a closer connection to God, being woven into the vows, covenants and agreements.
Sometimes we feel it is our duty to suffer in some way unconsciously.
Our Egos can trick us into believing that we are doomed to have these experiences, but suffering is all about perception.
We have the opportunity now to review our outlook and to change our experiences particularly after the Solstice Point.
In this advanced crystal skull healing with Goddess Isis and So Na Ra they will work on disconnecting you from the suffering grid on Earth.
Supporting you in shifting your frequency so you can experience life through positive filters, even in the midst of an initiation time on Earth.
Suffering may manifest in various ways for you: health, relationships, finances, abuse, accidents, loss, trauma, unfairness.
What ever your programming is about suffering, know this is a time of inner resurrection and this healing will support you in moving through this process to be reborn onto a higher timeline frequency.

The first 30 minutes So Na Ra will take you into a deep place of safety within, to begin your resurrection out of the suffering grid.
She will enable you to be aware of where you are strongly attached to it and to aid you in undoing any contracts to suffering on Earth you have made at a soul level.
Subconsciously we make can contracts that are unfathomable for us to understand when in 3d human form while experiencing the soul pain.
The last 30 minutes you will work with So Na Ra to forgive yourself, to liberate your consciousness to bring more positivity and kindness towards yourself.
When you are in the middle of a suffering struggle it can be hard to see the light.
So Na Ra will download sacred geometry symbols from Goddess Isis to help you navigate your way out of suffering, to change your consciousness and to support you in your soul evolution going forth.

Not everyone is ready to resurrect but when a soul calls in suffering and trauma in some way or form into being, then this is time of initiation.
You are being tested as to whether you can see the light again and gain the soul wisdom you seek through this process.
The Seventh dimensional Earth does not require that experience any more.
There is no learning through suffering this is an old out moded system.
We are here to support you in your liberation process and to enable you to resurrect with greater ease through this process of love.

There will be no live recording or video of this, as this is a real time receiving transmission.
This is done similarly to receiving a distant reiki healing where you lie down or sit down and rest to receive.
It is advised that you drink plenty of water before, during after this transmission.
If you are active during it and unable to meditate, then take time when you are able to meditate to connect with So Na Ra and ask to integrate all the healing work that has been done on you and it will be so.
If you are unable to receive this transmission whilst resting or are asleep, part of you will still be actively receiving the healing and you can connect in with So Na Ra when you are able to meditate to receive the information on the transmission she has run.
You may wish to print out a photograph of So Na Ra and place this under your pillow/chair whilst you meditate or carry it with you if you are going about your daily business at this time.
What you may experience in the session
Ideally you will meditate over the session. However if this is not possible you may feel gentle energy work being performed on you.
If you are clairsentient you may feel all the energy shifts occurring at the time but most people notice the shifts a day or two after the healing.
For some however they feel an instant shift, gain clarity and understanding on the healing that has occurred.
We are all sensitive vibration beings and by healing ourselves at an energetic level it can shift blocks within us we are ignorant of and causing issues in our physical life.
