In this one hour healing (Part 3) Ardmano will be assisting our matrix to receive these powerful new Golden Abundance Codes of light to support our soul ascension going forth.
These Galactic Golden Abundance codes will integrate into your matrix to assist you in vibrating at a higher abundant state of being.
In order to fully integrate them in this session Ardmano will be doing a final clearing of your energy field of any misaligned energy in your matrix.
He will work to recalibrate your frequency so the download can integrate with ease into your energy body.
The Galactic Abundance codes will assist with creating an abundant and wealthy mindset, opening up opportunities to support an abundant life and to enable you to have amazing abundant experiences daily as you move through your life with ease.

Ardmano in the first 20 minutes will work on clearing of your energy field of any misaligned energy in your matrix.
In the next 20 minutes Ardmano will recalibrate your frequency so the download can integrate with ease into your energy body.
In the last 20 minutes Ardmano along with the Galactic Council will work on anchoring the Galactic Golden Abundance Codes into your matrix.
(Note that you may get new ideas and inspiration in the following days after the healing so keeping a diary to write down ideas or thoughts would be beneficial after the healing.)

This is done similarly to receiving a distant reiki healing where you lie down or sit down and rest to receive.
If you book prior to the transmission your name will be placed under Ardmano and called in by Alphedia Arara at the start of this transmission.
It is advised that you drink plenty of water after this transmission.
If you are active during it and unable to meditate, then take time when you are able to meditate to connect with Ardmano and ask to integrate all the healing work that has been done on you and it will be so.
If you are unable to receive this transmission whilst resting or are asleep, part of you will still be actively receiving the healing and you can connect in with Ardmano when you are able to meditate to receive the information on the transmission he has run.
