Alphedia Arara has been contacted by the beautiful starbeings from Antares.
Many years ago she channelled from them a workshop called the Seven Layers of Self Love and they have come forward again, offering to support us at this time in healing the separation wounding of the feminine aspect of ourselves.
The feminine aspect is the aspect of nurture, self love and self care.
This is something that many of us struggle with whilst in physical form on Earth.
Many of us whilst we have been in female forms on Earth have also suffered abuse, disempowerment and shame.
