To follow others rules rather than your own intuition. Look at what has occurred on the Planet in the last 2 years as an example.
Now is the time to get in tune with your own self care requirements and to upgrade them.
I will help you manifest what you require to support you eating healthily, relaxing enough, moving enough and being able to choose your thoughts rather than follow the collective thought agenda.
