Merlin will be running a series on the healing on the major chakra issues affecting humanity at this time.

The fight-or-flight response is also known as the acute stress response, refers to the physiological reaction that occurs when in the presence of something physically or mentally terrifying to you.

This response is triggered by the release of hormones that prepare your body to either stay and deal with a threat or to run away to safety.

Fight/Flight has three main stages to it:

• The alarm stage: During this stage, the central nervous system is ramped up, preparing your body to fight or flee.
• The resistance stage: This is the stage in which the body attempts to normalize and recover from the initial elevated fight-or-flight response.
• The exhaustion stage: If the first two stages occur repeatedly over time, such as when under chronic stress, this can cause the body to feel exhausted and begin to break down.

There is a belief that stress and an elevated fight flight is a cancer precursor and protagonist also.

Merlin says that, as the Ascension process continues, our bodies are being put under more stress as higher frequency light codes descend daily, requiring integration through the CNS.

This can add more stress to an already overloaded system for much of humanity at this time.

Even if you are not yet displaying any crisis symptoms indicated by an elevated fight/flight CNS, modern living means that 80% of people are in this state of being of stage 1 on a permanent basis without often realising or knowing.

We overwork and tax our CNS with modern living conditions.

In this healing Merlin will be focusing on supporting you healing the top most presenting issues affecting you fight/flight response.
