"Greetings, greetings, greetings. I am Sherling. As always, it is an honour and a joy to come forth and to speak about my observations, some may say predictions, for what is currently happening in the Earth timeline. Of course, as with any prediction of reading a timeline, events can change or occur at different speeds to which one may predict. However, linear time on Earth is an illusion, as you will be aware of.

You will see that Earth is going through a metamorphosis not only of consciousness but physical form. Your seas are warming up. This is causing your ice sheets to melt and to bring changes in to the hydrosphere. You also will be noticing an increase in seismic activity with bigger earthquakes due later 2025. And also an increase in volcanic activity will occur also now this is what you call in your human consciousness a natural phenomenon.

However, be aware that as earth goes through her metamorphosis, as she is rebirthing in to higher energetic timelines, increasing the vibration frequency of the baseline of Earth. Your Schumann resonances and your sunspot activity is intensifying. Now, for many, this does not affect them. They are unaware of these subtle changes. But if you've been called, for whatever reason, to take time out of your day to listen to my words, there is part of your soul that has the understanding of this rebirthing on earth and the importance of supporting this process from higher conscious awareness with earth healing meditations, crystal grids and following your higher paths of light.

Now, wars are occurring on the planet. Politically, changes are occurring on the macro scale of the world order. now as the balance of power is starting to shift this can be a painful process for humanity and slow as well but know that behind the scenes the light is starting to penetrate, to awaken humans to new ways of being. But there is also an opportunity for those healers, starseeds, lightworkers, who are of high enough consciousness to support the removal of the dark earth grid, to clear the density of entities perpetrating potential for World War III. Currently, this is being propagated by Vladimir Putin and his agenda of destruction and policy playing. The war in Ukraine will continue this year. Deals that may be made will not hold until more light is brought in to the Kremlin and this man.

And so therefore it is important To hold compassion and love always. Within the heart to counteract the fear agendas. To counteract the destruction agendas. And to counteract the final throes of the old world order. 

Now, for many at this time, you may feel despondent, helpless with what is occurring in the world. But by the summer, late summer, stabilisation energies will be released through the Lunasa portal. which occurs at the start of August. By this time, the discordant energies will be dimming down. Not gone completely, but The light will have penetrated enough to stabilise that.

Yet, silently, in other countries, there is suppression of the feminine. There is stealing of children. global slavery, and there is illegal migration, where people are desperate, people are traumatised, and where genocides are occurring in the Middle East, Africa, and also in the Americas. Souls on a higher level are choosing to come to Earth to learn and to grow. But it has now been decreed by Mother Earth that she no longer wishes to provide these opportunities. 

It is time to create the Eden on Earth. This will occur over the next 20 years. It may take longer in some areas. But do not give up hope. Do not give up hope that your healing, that your prayers, that your meditations, that you're raising your frequency, supporting the raising the frequency of earth is at vain. For you are making a difference. Each time you meditate, connecting to source light, bringing in love into your energy field, each time you connect with the crystal, or a crystal skull consciousness such as myself. You connect into the web of light. My one message for you to take away today is to daily connect to the web of light. If this happens every day that humans consciously connected to the web of light, the web of light will strengthen. 

The consciousness of the planet will rise. And the dictators, the gangsters, the money grabbers, the criminals who are causing pain, the warlords. The light starts to penetrate. So this is a year of activity for those who feel the call to help dismantle the dark grids, to bring more light, setting up networks of meditation groups, to bring more light, to be of service to the earth, to humanity. and to bring in changes to effect the good of all. So let's focus on the path ahead and the wisdom you all hold within you.

For you can make a difference Your life is valuable. You have the skill sets, each one of you innately held within. This is a year to be active in your healing service for the greater good of all. It has been an honour and a joy for me to bring this transmission forth. Adoni."

Change is a constant but many humans resist it out of fear, laziness, stubbornness or trauma experiences that have to yet been processed by the soul.

In order to allow yourself to harness change, it is important to be grounded within the physical body.

It is important to consciously chose to live from the heart space and not allowing the over active mind to distract you.

Start your day with a new routine of grounding yourself. Hug a tree, visualise grounding roots anchoring into the Earth or hold a grounding crystal like tourmaline or red jasper.

Let yourself anchor into your physical self after sleep. Remember you go off journeying in your sleep time.

Take 2 minutes to focus on your breath, longer if possible but 2 minutes will do the job. As you ground you come into your inner power and step out of your business. You become present in the moment. As you become present you can make choices from your heart and open up to love and feel into the love of creating the new life, new reality and harnessing the changes being presented or created.

Now it is all about moving into living from love, living from the Heart and those that follow this wisdom will see the benefits manifest with ease. Namaste”

"Greetings it is an honour to come forward at the tail end of the eclipse portal to bring you some ascension news.

The New Earth Template further embedded at the equinox point last week and this is stirring up within you any unresolved soul issues as you try to free yourself from that which is unhealed. The first wave of this energy is bringing up the grief grids. Loss is part of the human experience, people transition to other states of being and this means you are left behind still in the Earth experience and forgetting this natural process of evolution is actually a celebration.

When you feel grief welling up within you, or the trauma of the loss experienced in whatever way this is presenting in your life, know you can consciously disconnect from the grief grid. You can choose to process your grief and transform it into a celebration of the transition you have experienced.

This is hard for humans to let go of this pain, but as you evolve and emotionally rebalance you start to remember your inner power to live in soul alignment and to follow your guided path creating new experiences and healing your life going forth.

Over the last decade we have been preparing humanity for the metamorphosis of the human body and supporting you with the recalibrations of your pineal and pituitary glands to hold more light.

When you hold more light in your gland system you strengthen your ka light body and auric field.

When you have a strong auric field you are less susceptible to illnesses and you have a stronger central nervous system. It is through your CNS central nervous system that you are connected to the websites of light. When the CNS becomes overwhelmed by over stimulation the brain struggles to compute and misfires. You are unable to assimilate information and are unable to process life and make balanced choices from your heart space.

Many of you over ride what you know in your heart to be beneficially for you. Like more rest, exercise, joyful activities that nurture your soul. Humans have a lot of obligations they choose to take on but it is the time to change the narrative on that. Start making life enhancing choices. “Beloved ones of the light. We at the Sirian Council have been observing your progress on Earth. We see your light quotients increasing and as your rise in frequency you may be finding challenges are coming to the fore front for you to look at. Some of these are very subtle as your guides gently test the waters to see if you are ready for the deep dive into the ascension fast track.

For those that have already committed to this you may be finding crisis points are being reached. Perhaps with health, wealth generations, conflicts manifesting within relationships or just the realisation you are at stagnation point with nothing manifesting or changing with ease for you. We in the Sirian Council have been tasked with supporting humanity through this next evolution point lasting until 2026 for many and until the Solstice 2024 for a few.

The energies of this time are about healing the final parts of yourself that still keep you separated from your Divine selves. Existing in your true light as a soul, an aspect of Divine source. So many humans have forgotten this, caught up in the delights of life on Earth with all your distractions, ego dramas and disconnection programming.

Even Yoga these days has become an exercise work out rather than an opportunity to spiritually rebalance and connect with the breath and its movement through the body which opens up portals within your spiritual pathways in certain postures to bring enlightenment.

Now is the time to see the distortion grids and to build the temple within. Working on inner self development to heal the wounding you carry. Not just from this lifetime but from previous and ancestral too.

In doing this, the rewards are great. The feeling is indescribable to you at this time, for you are still not there yet, but very soon you will be. It is worth any heartache and struggle to finally come into mastery of who you are. It is the journey all souls seek in the Earth carousel but few remember that fact.

Finding yourself is a phrase we see humans use but most do not know who they are. Are you finding at this time a greater longer to be who you are? To be truly authentic and to live a life of authenticity? If you are not, you are still trapped in the density grids of distraction. If you are on the path and trying keep going you are nearly there at the crest of the mountain of your life.

We do not underestimate what you have been through and are going through. But we wish you to remember to ask for help. You are reading these words to get our enlightenment codes to take you on the next stage of your soul evolution path. We offer an exercise for you to follow.”

Exercise

“Close your eyes and take your awareness to your breath.
Feel it slowly moving in and out of the body and let your shoulders relax.
Take a moment to check in with your physical body.
How is it feeling?
Notice any areas of tension, pain or aches.
Send love to these areas visualising pink healing light going into any organ or muscles or bone.
Feel yourself or intent to ground into mother earth’s loving embrace. Grounding and Grounding. As you do this you become fully present in your body in this moment.
If you feel restless or your mind is busy just imagine a wind is blowing away all the clutter from your aura and body. See any people or activities you must complete dissolving away into the distance.
Now you are with yourself.
Say hello to yourself and feel a smile break out on your lips.
Tell yourself you love yourself and accept all of yourself.
Now meditate for 5 minutes with yourself. Enjoying who you are and how your light feels.
This opens a portal to allow your higher self to speak directly with you to bring in wisdom.
When you are done open your eyes.

If no enlightenment came through for you ask why? Where you sat saying internally I’m not getting any information? I can’t get psychic knowledge for myself or similar stories. For that is your story matrix you live you life in.

You can change that by turning to positivity. I do receive guidance, I know what it feels like to allow myself to receive guidance. Keep practicing until you do”.
