Shop Terms & Conditions

For products purchased online customers have a 14-day cancellation period by law for returns.

If you have booked a workshop or healing twice and have not notified us that the second booking is for someone else, we will refund you for the duplicate booking. 

 Please note any refunds will have bank fees deducted from the total as the banks do not refund these fees.

This applies also if you wish to cancel a physical product order before it is shipped out to you. 

If a product arrives damaged then the customer is offered a replacement product if available after returning the damaged item, a full refund after returning the damaged item or a reduction in the price of the product after emailing photographs of the damage but wishing to keep the damaged item.

We will seek the compensation from the delivery firm and refund postage costs also.

Customers must contact Elemental Beings Ltd regarding any damage to items as soon as possible and within 14 days to start refund process.

If you are unable to receive your delivery or collect from your depot as advised the package will be returned to us but can take up to 6 months.

To receive full refund the product must be received on return by Elemental Beings Ltd unused and un-damaged.

We are unable to post internationally to a PO Box address, please always provide a physical address.

If you do not receive your purchased product, please contact us within 3 weeks of your item being posted to you.

 If we do not hear from you within 3 weeks, we will not be able to assist you with arranging a refund for any items which go missing in the post.

In the event that you go beyond the 3-week deadline, you can contact Royal Mail directly using the tracking number that has been provided to you by us at the time of posting to arrange a refund.

Workshops and Channelled Messages

If you purchase an upcoming workshop but do not receive the receipt with the video link please let us know urgently on Auraengus@elementalbeings.co.uk

Check incase it has gone to spam or if you are on gmail they may have put it in your promotions folder.

Please check you have typed your email correctly with each purchase.

It is your responsibility to let us know if you haven't received the live link and then the download links  a week after an event unless if retreat which may take longer to process.

Elemental Beings Ltd. is unable to accept any responsibility for any course of action you chose to be take after listening to any channelled message whether that be personal message or group message or any advice given through our services.

All souls have free will on planet earth and are therefore responsible for their own decisions and choice of actions in this incarnation.

For purchasing of digital downloads customers lose the right to cancel the purchase once they download the product and the 14-day cancellation period does not apply to digital purchases from Elemental Beings Ltd as stated here in the terms and conditions of purchasing from this website.

If you lose downloads more than 2 workshops and require a batch of workshops download links to be sent to you Elemental Beings Ltd reserves the rights to bill you for the staff time to sort you out with all the required links. We have a back up of all the courses so you will always be able to get them

Please download the MP3 recording files of the workshops to your computer or device when you receive it to avoid losing them.

If a workshop includes a personal channelled message option, the message is only available to those who purchase the workshop before the workshop takes place unless agreed with Alphedia Arara.

No Sale workshops include a personal channelled message which is stated in each product in the shop.

Elemental Beings Ltd aim to deliver Personal Channelled Soul messages within 1-2 months of booking when they are available and you will be notified if there is a delay for some reason.

Workshop Sale and Discount Vouchers Terms and Conditions

Elemental Beings Ltd on occasion offers a sale on workshops and gives discount vouchers.

If you purchase a workshop in the sale, or use discount vouchers to purchase a workshop, these do not include a personal channelled message or one to one session with Alphedia Arara or Auraengus or any products like crystals, unless otherwise stated.

Elemental Beings Ltd is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the materials which are available for download.

Elemental Beings Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to keep all commitments regarding pre booked workshops and retreats but that we may need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

 Customers will be notified of this immediately and all efforts will be made to re schedule the planned sessions however if this is not possible or acceptable to the customer a full refund of what was paid will be made.

Limitation of liability clause – Elemental Beings Ltd liability is limited to the amount received from a customer and if a workshop or retreat has to be cancelled for some reason Elemental Beings Ltd has no liability for costs incurred for the customer for travel or accommodation.

If you book a retreat with Elemental Beings Ltd the deposit is non-refundable. Once the full amount or any other amounts towards a retreat is paid it becomes non-refundable unless someone else takes the space and pays in full.

Payment Plan Conditions

If you wish to instigate a payment plan with Elemental Beings, the following terms are applicable;

A deposit will be required and this deposit is non refundable. Once the full amount or any other amounts towards a product or service is paid it becomes non refundable.

Payment plans are subject to an additional admin charge for staff time.

If you organise a Direct Debit payment plan and your payment fails due to you not making enough funds available in your chosen bank account, Elemental Beings Ltd reserves the rights to bill you for the fees charged by GoCardless for the failed payment and an additional charge for staff time to sort this out.

 Even if you pay by another means instead, Elemental Beings is still charged by Go Cardless and this charge may be passed onto you.

If you fail to stick to the payment plans terms and conditions and have not made the further payment within a month of the due date of a payment, your deposit will be kept and the payment plan no longer valid.

Energy exchange for this experience is £1500 (£1800 UK inc Vat). If you choose to pay in instalments for your session and once fully paid you will be allocated a start date to suit your diary. Installments will include a non refundable deposit and and admin fee surcharge for staff time to arrange of £30 (plus Vat in UK £36) with a set time for payments to be completed by.

Simply Cure Me

Simply Cure Me is Auraengus Manu, a Director of Elemental Being’s homeopathic healing business name. Some of the offerings on the Elemental Beings & Dragon Wisdom School site will divert you to the Simply Cure Me website if you are seeking one to one healing or homeopathic remedies with Auraengus Manu. This business is not a vat registered business, so you will not get charged vat on these offerings.

Import Charges

If you purchase any physical product from us that requires to be imported from the UK, please check your own countries or the country of delivery’s rules on importing goods and the extra costs you may incur to receive your product.

We export world-wide and every country has its own import charging rules and levels which the customer is responsible to pay.

Elemental Beings Ltd are not responsible for these charges as the exporter.

Value Added Tax

If you are purchasing any products from a UK bank account or address you have to pay VAT on the products. This is a UK government tax of 20% that is added onto your product. If you are a vat registered business you can claim this vat charge back from the government.

Live Video Terms and Conditions

If you choose to take part live in our Video option for the workshops, please note that your camera and audio will be switched off throughout the workshop. You can communicate through the chat box with Alphedia and Auraengus.

We use Vimeo for broadcasting and the client cannot be seen for live courses. 

If we have to use zoom as a back up all cameras and audio of participants will be switched off.

However, should you choose to engage with Alphedia at the end through video/audio it will be assumed at the point of booking that you are giving permission to be seen by others and recorded if on zoom.

If you do not wish for your name to be called in, or would prefer a different name to the one you book with, please state this at the point of booking in the comments section.

It is your responsibility to get the chat button working on Vimeo not the responsibility of Elemental Beings Ltd if you wish to engage that feature in a workshop and it your responsibility to know how Vimeo using features work on your device and contact the app Vimeo directly if you personally are having issues.



Data Protection Terms and Conditions

Elemental Beings Ltd complies with the GDPR regulation, all personal data we hold for customers (name, address, email and phone number) are stored on secure servers.

We never share our email list or data with any other companies.

All our customers have the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of each newsletter that we send out, or by contacting the company directly by email at info@elementalbeings.co.uk.
