We require you to upload a photo of yourself for the healing, which we place under the Crystal Skull at the start of your healing session. We also connect with the skull consciousness and tell it of any requests you add to your booking form at the start of the session. Be at rest and without distraction at the time of the session if possible. If this is not possible, ask for the healing to be fully integrated when you can next be properly at rest. If you are busy and can't meditate, your multidimensional self will receive the healing in real time and you can connect in later when resting and meditating to access the healing light and the wisdom they bring through for you.

Refrain from driving or operating machinery during the healing if possible. Drink plenty of quality water and be aware you may detox, be kind to yourself, allow time for  rest, integration and grounding after your healing session.
