Chakras

There are seven primary chakras aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head, and each one governs different aspects of our life. The chakras are linked to the body’s energetic system and are believed to influence both the physical body and the subtle energy field, also known as the aura. As we increase in our vibration and on our ascension journey we have moved on beyond the 7 chakra system.

The 12 chakra system expands upon the traditional 7-chakra model and includes additional higher spiritual centres that help guide our spiritual, emotional, and physical development. The first seven chakras are aligned along the spine, while the additional five chakras reside above the head and beyond the physical body. The Root Chakra (Muladhara) at the base of the spine governs stability and survival. The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) in the lower abdomen governs creativity, pleasure, and emotional balance. The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) in the upper abdomen is linked to personal power, self-confidence, and willpower. The Heart Chakra (Anahata) in the chest connects to love, compassion, and emotional healing. The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) governs communication and self-expression. The Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), located between the eyebrows, is associated with intuition and insight, while the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) at the top of the head connects to spiritual consciousness and enlightenment.

Beyond these, the 12-chakra system includes the Stellar Gateway Chakra above the head.

The Stellar Gateway Chakra is considered a higher, spiritual energy center that lies above the head, beyond the Crown Chakra. It is often regarded as the 12th chakra in advanced chakra systems and is thought to connect us to the vast, cosmic energy of the universe. This chakra acts as a gateway to higher consciousness, allowing us to access divine wisdom, universal truths, and our higher self. It serves as a bridge between the individual and the cosmos, linking our earthly existence to the higher planes of spiritual enlightenment.

Soul Star Chakra above the head, which connects to our soul’s purpose and higher consciousness;

The Causal Chakra at the back of the neck. This chakra is responsible for accessing spiritual knowledge, divine guidance, and intuitive insights that transcend the limitations of the physical mind. It is linked to the collective unconscious and the ability to tap into the greater universal consciousness, facilitating a deeper connection to one's spiritual purpose.



The Naval Chakra is at the belly button and is associated with sociability and friendliness. When in balance this chakra helps you to confident around others and able to socialise with ease, assisting you with being warm and welcoming to others.

The Earth Star Chakra below the feet, anchoring us to the Earth and holds the seat of the soul potential.

To balance the chakras, it’s important to focus on healing each energy centre individually through practices such as meditation, breathwork, visualisation, and sound therapy. Using specific crystals, colors, essential oils, or affirmations for each chakra can also support their alignment. Regularly engaging in activities like yoga, grounding practices, and energy healing helps to keep the energy flowing freely throughout the entire chakra system, promoting holistic well-being and spiritual ascension.

When your chakras are healthy and in balance you have more energy, are more psychically aware and can live your live in love and intuition.
