Change is a constant but many humans resist it out of fear, laziness, stubbornness or trauma experiences that have to yet been processed by the soul.

In order to allow yourself to harness change, it is important to be grounded within the physical body.

It is important to consciously chose to live from the heart space and not allowing the over active mind to distract you.

Start your day with a new routine of grounding yourself. Hug a tree, visualise grounding roots anchoring into the Earth or hold a grounding crystal like tourmaline or red jasper.

Let yourself anchor into your physical self after sleep. Remember you go off journeying in your sleep time.

Take 2 minutes to focus on your breath, longer if possible but 2 minutes will do the job. As you ground you come into your inner power and step out of your business. You become present in the moment. As you become present you can make choices from your heart and open up to love and feel into the love of creating the new life, new reality and harnessing the changes being presented or created.

Now it is all about moving into living from love, living from the Heart and those that follow this wisdom will see the benefits manifest with ease.
