Merkaba

In our workshops Alphedia will often ask you to activate your merkaba to astrally travel in the meditation journeys. You can enhance your experience of working with your holographic merkaba by wearing a merkaba shaped pendant or holding a crystal carved into this shape. This entrains your own merkaba to the balanced sacred geometry form of it.

The word Merkaba is often interpreted in three parts: Mer – Light, Ka – Spirit, Ba – Body

The sacred geometry shape of it to visiaulise is that of two interlocking tetrahedrons. The sun one pointing upward (masculine energy, spirit) and the Earth one pointing downward (feminine energy, matter). Together, they form a three-dimensional Star of David.

This energetic field is said to spin around the body, creating a powerful torus field of light and energy when activated. It is often described as being about 20-30 feet in diameter when fully expanded.

Spiritual Protection: Acts like a force field that protects your energy body from harmful influences or lower frequencies.

Alphedia has channelled many workshops on the merkaba and in the retreats starting in 2018. She has taught people how to balance their Merkabas to get them to spin in balance and to heal through focusing on your Merkaba.

The Merkaba is both a sacred geometry symbol and an ascension energetic meditation experience. When you are the point in your ascension journey to become aware of your Merkaba and how to use it in your life to raise your energy frequency, you have moved into 5th dimensional consciousness living and beyond.
