Imbolc is one of the Great Sabbats in the Celtic Wheel. It’s theme is Mother Earth coming back to life after the dark winter months. The God was reborn at Yule and the sun is now a young man. Traditionally Imbolc is celebrated as a fire festival, representing the light returning to the world.

In this Imbloc meditation Alphedia will take you meet the Snowdrop Fairies. She will light a tea candle to represent the return of the light and connect with the snowdrop fairies to hear their messages and go on a guided meditation from them. Snowdrop represent life returning above ground through the frost and ice. We will take a healing walk through the gardens to acknowledge the elementals who have had peace for 2 months when the garden had its winter shut down.
