In this healing Merlin will be working on our brain state to aid with deepening and lengthening the quality of our sleep.
He will teach on the importance of diet, calm sleep space, central nervous system functioning and preparing for sleep each day.
Alphedia has in the past suffered severe insomnia due to medical interventions going 13 days without sleep at the worst of her experience.
Since meeting Auraengus who helped improver her sleep experience through Merlin Vortex, insomnia is no longer an issue in her life.
There are many issues regarding sleep. Length of time you can sleep for, how deep you sleep, how easily you fall asleep.
Some people feel sleepy all the time or a lot of the day and too much sleep can have a detrimental effect on your health as much as too little.
For the body to recover and repair itself we require to be fully resting.
